Welcome to the Motodisk Affiliate Program. By enrolling in and participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Motodisk operates this program to allow qualified individuals to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to our platform. Participation is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to Motodisk's continued approval.

1. Commission and Payment:

• Affiliates are paid for every successful new customer referred to Motodisk. A commission of 50% of the first month's subscription fee is earned upon the referred customer's successful payment and activation. An additional 20% commission on each monthly renewal will be earned for up to 6 consecutive months thereafter, provided the referred customer's subscription remains active and in good standing.
• A referral is considered valid and counted when a new customer either (a) clicks the affiliate's unique referral link and completes a paid subscription, or (b) contacts Motodisk and provides the affiliate's referral code at the time of registration. Referrals are only credited to the affiliate whose link or code was first used. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not be credited.
• Commissions are earned on new customer subscriptions as well as on any plan upgrades or changes made by the referred customer within the 6-months commission period. Commissions are not earned on reactivations of previously cancelled accounts unless otherwise stated in writing by Motodisk.
• If a referred customer cancels, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback, any commission paid or pending for that customer will be forfeited and may be deducted from future earnings. Motodisk reserves the right to withhold payment for referrals under dispute or investigation.
• If a referral does not appear in your affiliate account, it must be reported in writing within 14 calendar days of the expected credit date. Motodisk will not be liable for any referral not reported within this period, and no late claims will be honored.
• Affiliate accounts must be active and in good standing at the time of the referral. No commission will be credited for referrals made prior to the affiliate's enrollment date or during any period of account suspension.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All payments are disbursed exclusively via GCash. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their GCash details are accurate, active, and up to date prior to submitting a withdrawal request. Motodisk shall not be held liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments resulting from incorrect or outdated GCash information provided by the affiliate.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days. The request status will update from Pending to Complete once disbursement is confirmed. Processing times may be extended during holidays or due to circumstances beyond Motodisk's control.
• Motodisk reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reclaim commissions at any time if it determines that a referral was fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise ineligible for payout.

2. Advertising and Promotional Compliance:

• Affiliates may only promote Motodisk using approved marketing materials available in the Affiliate Management Center. Unauthorized use of Motodisk's name, logo, trademarks, or brand assets in any format not expressly approved is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unverified claims about Motodisk's products, services, pricing, or features in any promotional material, whether online or offline.
• Affiliates may not offer their own cashback, rebates, rewards, discounts, or financial incentives to referred customers on behalf of or in connection with Motodisk without prior written consent.
• Affiliates may not resell, white-label, or misrepresent Motodisk's subscription packages, nor advertise pricing that differs from Motodisk's published rates.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for verifying that their referral link or code is functioning correctly before distributing it. Any modification, masking, cloaking, or tampering with referral links is strictly prohibited. Motodisk will not honor commissions resulting from altered or non-standard tracking links, and any such activity may result in immediate account deactivation.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting Motodisk, including but not limited to anti-spam laws, data privacy laws, and consumer protection regulations.

3. Prohibited Activities:

• Affiliates must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, submitting false referrals, manipulating tracking systems, or generating artificial traffic or conversions.
• Affiliates must not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive marketing practice to acquire referrals.
• Affiliates must not impersonate Motodisk, its employees, or its representatives in any communication or promotional material.
• Affiliates must not make any representations or warranties on behalf of Motodisk that are not explicitly stated in official Motodisk materials.

4. Account Deactivation and Termination:

• Motodisk reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon deactivation for cause, all pending and future commissions will be forfeited immediately and set to ₱0. Motodisk shall have no obligation to pay any outstanding commissions where the affiliate account is terminated due to fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any false or misleading advertising, misrepresentation of Motodisk's services, or suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate account deactivation and possible legal action.
• Affiliate accounts that generate fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred accounts will be permanently deactivated, and any commissions earned through such activity will be clawed back.
• Affiliates who voluntarily wish to deactivate their account may do so through the affiliate account settings. Upon voluntary deactivation, commissions already earned and eligible for withdrawal may be claimed within 30 days. After this period, unclaimed balances may be forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability:

• Motodisk makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions an affiliate may earn. Participation in the affiliate program does not constitute an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the affiliate and Motodisk.
• Motodisk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of anticipated commissions due to system errors, technical issues, or changes to the program.
• Motodisk is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges incurred by the affiliate as a result of commissions earned. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through the program.

BY COMPLETING YOUR AFFILIATE REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATING IN THE MOTODISK AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR REGISTRATION AND CEASE ALL PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

Motodisk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The most current version will always be available for review at motodisk.com. Your continued participation in the affiliate program following any such changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any changes, your sole remedy is to deactivate your affiliate account as described above.
